In the baroque halls of high finance and in the muted whispers of the algos, a hidden mystery unfolds. The tulips, once idolized and then sacrificed on the altar of the financial bubble, symbolize the perpetual flux of the market.

Like the fluctuations of options, nature also follows its own invisible cycles. A mini-DV camera serves as a silent observer, documenting the transition from bullish to bearish times. 68 video clips and 22 sound files form an endless web of memories of the eternal vibrations of the market.

The beauty of the flowers, captured in their final dance before fading away, evokes a somber melancholy, akin to the echo of past deals and fallen funds. Their remnants, once vibrant and pulsating, are now a grotesque parody of themselves, a silent witness to the ebb and flow of the markets.

But in the shadow of this ephemeral splendor: the insects, relentless workers in our economic ecosystem. As the flowers slowly wither, they gather the last nectar, as a constant effort to stabilize markets and maximize returns.

The installation employs a mysterious software called Max, a digital oracle rising from the depths of Wall Street. It selects randomly from an endless ocean of data, like an unforgiving prophet attempting to divine the future of the market. Each clip, each sound, each shade is a mysterious dance of fate, a sign of the unpredictable nature of trading.
